Customer to drop the filled-out coupon in the drop box provided beside the cashier.
Customer must keep the portion of the raffle claim stub.
Promo duration is from October 1, 2024 to November 30, 2024
Deadline for submission of entries is on November 30, 2024 (before the store closes).
Raffle draw date and time is on December 9, 2024, 10:00 A.M.
Raffle draw venue is at Cindys Bakery and Restaurant, Main Office, in Tibag Tarlac City
Drawing of winners will be supervised by a DTI Representative
Winners to be verified by a DTI Representative
Winners will be announced on December 10, 2024 through the following: Cindys FB Page and Cindys company-owned stores Winners will be notified via registered mail and through [email protected] (official email address) to their email.
Winners must present the following valid identification when claiming their prize: - Valid ID (any Government issued ID) - Winning claim stub - Proof of purchase (official receipt)
A participant may win only once. If a name is drawn more than once, he/she will get the prize with a higher value.
Claiming of prizes will be in any Cindys company-owned store near the winner’s location (excluding “authorized dealers”)
Prizes are not transferable and not convertible to cash
The 20% Tax shall be paid by Perfection Foods Corporation for prizes amounting to Php10,000 above.
Winners may claim their prizes within sixty (60) days from receipt of registered notice.
After the claim period has lapsed without a claimant, prizes may be forfeited in favor of Cindy's Bakery and Restaurant, upon prior approval of the DTI.
Employees of Cindys Bakery and Restaurant, Classic Baker Corporation NVO Manpower Agency Co. and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are not allowed to join the raffle promo.
