Customer to keep the portion of the raffle claim stub • Promo duration is from October 1, 2024 to November 15, 2024
Deadline for submission of entries is on November 15, 2024 (before the store closes).
Raffle draw date and time is on November 25, 2024, 10:00 A.M.
Raffle draw venue is at Cindys Bakery and Restaurant, Main Office, in Tibag Tarlac City

Winners will be notified via registered mail and through [email protected] (official email address) to their email.
Winners must present the following valid identification when claiming their prize: Valid ID (any Government ID) and Winning claim stub
A participant may win only once. If a name is drawn more than once, he/she will get the prize with a higher value
Claiming of prizes will be in any Cindys store near the winner’s location.
Prizes are not transferable or convertible to cash
The 20% Tax shall be paid by Perfection Foods Corporation for prizes amounting to Php10,000 above
Winners may claim their prizes within sixty (60) days from receipt of registered notice. After the claim period has lapsed without a claimant, prizes may be forfeited in favor of Cindy's Bakery and Restaurant, upon prior approval of the DTI
